for a good listener
The things that you do
because of just who you are
still don't define you.
"I can't help myself"
does not imply "I can't be."
Perhaps "I need help."
He who can't listen
may not notice there is pain
'til it's deafening.
She who thinks giant
always has something to say
even in silence.
Sometimes not enough
is too much disguised again
as something it's not.
