He said where he works
there are two kinds of people:
One with, one without.
He said he's without,
but it's not because he's black
or a janitor.
He said it's because
he's only just begun his climb
up the stepladder.
He said it will come,
the time when he will still be
a Without but with.
He said it's his work
and not his station in life
that really matters.
