Getting up early was really nice. I enjoyed having the morning quiet and to myself as the sun was coming up. I'm not sure what I thought I'd work on music-wise, but I did a number of things, and all of them were nice and mellow. Even silly chores like scooping the litterbox and calling the pharmacist to renew a prescription.

My current round of eBay auctions ended today, and I sent out invoices and got payments from some of the winning bidders. Then I fell asleep on the couch for a good chunk of the day, which was also nice because although I did get some much needed sleep last night, it wasn't a solid roll of sleep. It was interrupted a few times.

So, what I'm getting at is that I didn't actually start working on anything until this evening after I woke up, did the dishes and had some dinner. And even then I didn't do much. Got a new idea for a song, but didn't write anything.

I think I'm going to stop doing these daily updates and just update when there's something important to say. I'm just making myself feel more pressured by trying to come up with something interesting to report regardless of whether or not I've made much or any headway.
