7 haiku 8
I follow you from
my front door to the station,
a coincidence.
This is commuting,
but I arrive by mistake,
constantly in haze.
Between here and there,
less than a cigarette, but
a scenario.
It self-deprecates,
and it undresses with eyes
and thoughts and a flair.
I will stay here for
another thirty seconds
while you go under.
I will jot a note
of an idea to turn
this scene creative.
Years later, I will
revisit, recall your shoes,
decide against it.
